Today was my first time at Jim’z. Both of my cars needed to be inspected. I was thinking I could maybe get one done, at best. My past experience with getting cars inspected has been almost entirely negative. I’m used to the mechanic looking for something or multiple things to fail me for, causing me to have to pay a bunch of money I didn’t have, just to get a sticker. This experience was totally different. They were fast and courteous. I got both of my cars inspected in the same morning, and with no complications. I highly recommend Jim’z!

I popped my tire and cracked my rim down and pulled into a random parking lot to check it out. I happened to pull into the parking lot of the wife of the owner of Jim’z job, and she came out asking if I needed help. She said her husband owned a service center and called him up and was able to get me a tire! They said i could leave my car in her jobs parking lot and go to work and her husband came and got my wheel, replaced the tire, and put it back on my car all while i was at work! The rim ended up being cracked and they were able to get me a 20 inch wheel to put on my car and get everything done by the time I was off work, the wife even drove me to the ATM and the service center to get everything squared away. I live an hour away in Asheville and would’ve been absolutely screwed without this family coming to my rescue and getting my car fixed up for me to be able to drive back home after work! Absolutely amazing people, fully recommend!
